  Production downtime and unscheduled business interruptions are all too often caused by dirty compressed air. Raw compressed air is a pressurized concentration of contaminated gases, varnished oil and dirty water.

  The atmospheric air that surrounds us is contaminated with varying concentrations oil hydrocarbons and solid particulates. When compressed to a working pressure of 100 PSIG, the concentration is increased by a factor of seven. Combine these pollutants with the moisture an air compressor takes in, mix it with compressor oil, raise its temperature to over +200 Deg F and you have an acidic brew that is sure to ruin product, spoil processes and shorten the life of pneumatic equipment.

AIRTEK filters protect plant operations and assets by removing these contaminants before they can do any damage.

There are three types of AIRTEK filters. The particulate filter removes solids,the coalescing filter removes liquid aerosols and mists and the adsorbing filter removes vapor and odors.

The in line "JW" and "JT" filters are ideal for small to medium size systems and lend themselves nicely to point of use applications or the replacement of older, less efficient filters.

The severe duty, two stage "JL" filter is a combination centrifugal separator and filter specifically designed for severe industrial service and central systems.
