Lubricated Rotary Screw Compressors

A wide variety of models are available - from basic unenclosed units to full packages with sound attenuated enclosures. Units are available in both air and water cooled designs.

In the smaller horsepower sizes, units are available base or tank-mounted. Larger units are available in base mount configurations. In either case, no special foundations are required.

Atlas Copco's workplace series of air compressors, the GA5-90C includes an integral refrigerated dryer. This "all-in-one" revolutionary concept greatly simplifies installation and reduces space requirements. The OSD, condensate oil/water separators, are also part of the GA Series line. They can be stand alone or offered as integrated in many compressor models.

For high pressure applications (up to 290 psig), the two stage GR's are available as totally packaged units.

GA units incorporate the latest generation of Atlas Copco's Elektronikon, a microprocessor control system. In addition to providing optimized efficiency through sophisticated control algorithms, the Elektronikon enhances reliability and routine maintenance by continuously monitoring the operating status and condition of the compressor. GAVariable Speed Drive Series Compressors

The GA VSD compressor offers a constant supply of compressed air, regardless of fluctuating demands. Variable speed drive makes most efficient use of electrical energy - saving you money on your electric bills - sometimes by huge savings! By varying the speed of the drive motor, the VSD can supply the exact air capacity required. Furthermore, as the air demand decreases, the VSD will lower the air delivery and electrical power consumption. L Series Reciprocating Air Cooled Compressors

Atlas Copco's generation of reciprocating air compressors are designed with the highest attention to detail, reliability and minimum low cost maintenance. Unlike conventional "cast iron" piston machines, the patented L-Series cast alloy block and dedicated shroud cooling fan dissipate heat extremely well and allow the compressor to run cooler. When mechanical equipment operates cooler, it results in improved performance, lower maintenance and extended product life.
