How absorbALLs
WORK: The absorbALLs utilize a unique patented poly-element filter
that acts as the primary filter to remove and absorb the bulk of
the oil in the condensate. Different poly-elements treated with
different proprietary chemicals are used for ATF, polyglycol coolants
and silicones. The condensate then moves through a carbon filter
media that acts as a polishing stage and removes all oil down to
10ppm. The life of the filter is directly related to the amount
of oil in the condensate.

absorbALL
520
The absorbALL 520 model readily separates most oils from the condensate
water by absorbing the oil contained in the condensate. Separates
most oils up to 300 cfm and will work with polyglycol coolants up
to 200 cfm with the proper filter. |

absorbALL
1250
The absorbALL 1250 model units can handle ALL oils found in an air
compressor. These include mineral oil, ATF, semi-synthetics, silicones,
polyglycol coolants, diesters, polyol esters and PAO oils. Unlike
other systems, the abosorbALL will actually absorb the oil and release
the water.
Separates most
oils up to 1250 cfm and will work with polyglycol coolants up to
1000 cfm with the proper filter.

Extender
The Extender is an add-on unit to either the front or side of the
1250 above. It doubles the capacity of the 1250 and installs very
easily
The Extender
may be added later, when a customer's air requirements increase.
All tower lids are numbered to correspond with the appropriate tower.
We have tried to make these absorbALLs as customer friendly as possible.

Characteristics
Automatic - No electricity or heat required. Energy efficient. No
moving parts.
Change indicator - Tells you when its time to change filters
No bacteria - No stagnant water means no buildup of bacteria
Built-in depressurization chamber - Means no required condensate settling
tank. Use with autodrains, timer controlled drains, intelligent drains
or manual drains. Will accept blowdown pressures to 250 psi.
Safe - Thermal units heat condensate and release harmful vapors into
the air, use energy, and cost many times more.
